By accessing or using Plugin0.com and the Plugin0 Connector (collectively, the "Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Plugin0. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. Account Responsibility & Security

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and the Unique Site Keys/Tokens generated by the Connector.

Unauthorized Access

You must notify us immediately at compliance@plugin0.com if you suspect your account or site connectivity has been compromised. Plugin0 is not liable for any losses or site damages resulting from a hacked account or leaked deployment tokens on your end.

4. Ownership of Data and Output

Your Input

You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, site metadata, and original code you provide to the Service.

AI Output

As between you and Plugin0, you own the output (the code, scripts, or configurations) generated by the Service. You are free to use, modify, and distribute this output for commercial or personal projects.

Our Rights

You grant Plugin0 a limited, worldwide license to process your input and output solely to provide the Service and improve our internal code-generation logic (subject to the opt-out settings in your Privacy Policy).

5. Free Tier & Subscriptions

We provide a free version of Plugin0 to help users get started with our platform. To maintain the quality and sustainability of our services as we evolve, we may occasionally update usage limits or modify free account features. While we strive to provide a consistent experience, we reserve the right to adjust or discontinue free access at our discretion to ensure the platform remains optimized for our entire community.

6. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to use Plugin0 to:

• Deploy code to websites you do not have legal authorization to manage.
• Generate or distribute malware, phishing scripts, or illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer the Plugin0 Connector or attempt to scrape our proprietary AI logic.
• Use the Service in any way that violates WordPress.org's guidelines or the GPL licenses of your active themes/plugins.

7. Disclaimers: "Human-in-the-Loop"

As-Is Basis

The Service and all generated code are provided "as-is" and "as-available."

We encourage users to treat AI-generated output as a draft that should be reviewed by a developer to ensure it aligns with your site's specific performance standards and functional requirements. Plugin0 is not liable for the final execution or implementation of the generated code within your production environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plugin0 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, site downtime, or loss of revenue).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Plugin0 if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard; however, termination does not relieve you of the responsibility to secure or remove the Plugin0 Connector from your individual WordPress sites.
