This screen shot is regarding admin configration to enable and allow payment method for IP addresses.

This plugin is used to allow available payment method according to IP address.
Ex. If you wants to allow COD (Cash on delivery) method for specific IP then just need to add IP address and choose
payment method then save when you go to checkout page COD (Cash on delivery) method will appear there if IP address match.
