O E-goi SMS Orders Alert/Notifications é um Add-on essencial para lojas WooCommerce, desenhado para aumentar as suas conversões e melhorar a comunicação com o cliente.
NOTA: Este add-on integra-se no Plugin Base E-goi – Smart Marketing SMS and Newsletters Forms e oferece uma automação de SMS crítica para o e-commerce:
- Enviar notificações SMS personalizadas ao Cliente e/ou Administrador em qualquer alteração de estado da encomenda.
- Reduzir o abandono de encomendas com lembretes automáticos de pagamento por SMS e/ou E-mail para Multibanco e PagSeguro.
- Oferecer rastreamento de envio e alertas de alteração de preço por SMS.
Funcionalidades Principais (Baseadas no Add-on):
- Alertas Transacionais: Envio de SMS por estado de encomenda (Cliente e/ou Administrador).
- Recuperação de Vendas: Alerta de Carrinho Abandonado por SMS.
- Pagamentos: Envio de SMS com detalhes de pagamento e lembretes para Multibanco e PagSeguro.
- Logística: Seguimento do URL por SMS (Tracking URL).
- Marketing: Seguimento de Preço do Produto por SMS.
- Customização: Edição das mensagens SMS/E-mail com Tags da encomenda.
- Administração: Envio de SMS diretos ao cliente dentro da página da encomenda.
Requisitos:
- Necessita ter instalado e configurado o E-goi – Smart Marketing SMS and Newsletters Forms.
- Necessita ter instalado o WooCommerce.
- É necessário um Plano E-goi com:
- Transacional activa e congigurada
- Remetente de SMS configurado
- Saldo de SMS
- API Key
- Necessita de um dos plugins de pagamento compatíveis:
- Ifthenpay plugin Multibanco e MBWAY (gateway IfthenPay) para WooCommerce
- EasyPay plugin EasyPay para WooCommerce
- Eupago plugin EuPago para WooCommerce

NOTE: This plugin integrates with the main E-goi – Smart Marketing SMS and Newsletters Forms Plugin and provides critical SMS automation for e-commerce:
- Send personalized SMS notifications to the Customer and/or Administrator upon any order status change.
- Reduce abandoned orders with automatic SMS and/or Email payment reminders for Multibanco and PagSeguro.
- Offer shipping tracking and product price change alerts via SMS.
Key Features (Based on Add-on):
