Use Responsive controls
Responsive controls plugin will add separate (‘Desktop’, ‘Tablet’, ‘Mobile’) block controls inside block editor.
Add following responsive controls to blocks:
- Hide/Show
- Padding
- Margin (negative margin enabled)
- Typography
