From your WordPress dashboard

Orufy Connect. Install and activate the plugin.

- Download the Orufy Connect plugin.
 - Unzip and upload the 
orufy-connectdirectory to your/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate Orufy Connect from your Plugins page.
 
Usage
Before Configuration:
- Create an Orufy account at https://orufy.com/register?redirect=CHAT_APP
 - Login to your Orufy dashboard at https://orufy.com/login?redirect=CHAT_APP
 
To add the chatbot widget:
- Go to 
Orufy Connectsettings in the admin menu. - Enter your Orufy App ID (see the Chatbot Widget Setup Guide above).
 - Use the 
[orufy_connect]shortcode anywhere on your site. 
To enable WhatsApp order notifications:
- Go to 
Orufy Connect > Connect WhatsAppin the admin menu. - Enter your WhatsApp API Key and Secret (see the WhatsApp Template Integration Guide above).
 - Select your WhatsApp channel and map WooCommerce order statuses to approved WhatsApp templates.
 - Save your selections.
 - Customers will now receive WhatsApp messages when their order status changes.
