Data Usage

Miruni passes just the data it needs to our API endpoint securely utilizing end-to-end encrypted links. We use this data to generate the precise suggested edits inside WordPress to meet the needs of the edit request. This includes user provided screenshots, browser and device information, and user supplied descriptions of desired changes. We take your privacy seriously.

Third Party Software

We use the following third party software in our plugin:

• Stripe – used to securely process and collect payment information to start a free trial and to purchase a full subscription to Miruni. Customer supplied payment card information and basic personal information (name and email address) are sent to Stripe securely (utilizing encrypted end-to-end links) in order to enable payment processing. • Auth0 – used to securely process your Miruni login information and maintain your secure session and state while using Miruni and the Miruni WordPress plugin. Name, email address, and password are set and managed by Auth0 utilizing industry standard best practices and secure end-to-end encrypted links to enable login and to maintain a secure authorized session to Miruni. • New Relic – used to collect performance and operating metrics to keep Miruni running at 100% for you and your business. Anonymous usage data is sent to New Relic utilizing industry standard best practices and secure end-to-end encrypted links to enable us to watch for backend performance and operating issues in our platform. • Intercom – used to manage real-time customer communication via chat, in-app messaging, and support workflows.
