CSV File Format Required:
* ID (unique identifier)
* Manager ID (for hierarchy, leave empty for CEO)
* Name (employee name)
* Role (job title)

* LinkedIn (optional)
* Headshot (optional image URL)

How to prepare your data:
1. Create your organizational data in Excel
2. Export as CSV: File → Save As → CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
3. Upload the CSV file to the plugin
