• Create or Manage message workflows: A Workflow is a set of steps that are connected logically to meet an objective. It\’s like configuring a use case in a series of steps. Once you finish configuring a workflow and enable its execution, Gupshup\’s Woocommerce plugin will execute it for you each time when a specified trigger/event occurs.. Send order updates, delivery information, issue resolution, payment updates to your customers.
• Pre approved Templates – Choose from templates that are already approved and you have to just put them in place to make it a perfect message.
• Order updates – Send WhatsApp Notifications when a order is created, updated or deleted.
• Configuration Settings: Once the plugin is successfully installed and activated, user need to set up gupshup whatsapp account to send whatsapp messages. User can store either Self-serve or Enterprise account details. these details will be used to send whatsapp messages.
• Analytics – Have a whole new page of statistics on how many messages are read and sent, delivery reporting and how the plugin is working behind the scenes.
