On the screenshot there's a default box with instruction for your users and sample translation box. Sample shows English definitions, but it also works in 8 other languages based on user's browser language.
It lets your international visitors translate English words using double click.
8 languages are covered: Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese, Polish.
Other users get English definition.
After installation no additional setup is required. It just works:

When user double-clicks on an English word in your article, he gets word translation in his browser’s language or an English definition.
