Greeting Shortcode

This plugin registers a [greeting] shortcode that outputs a personalized greeting message. It supports an optional 'name' attribute to specify the person’s name (defaulting to 'Visitor') and an optional 'greeting' attribute to set the greeting text (defaulting to 'Hello'). The output is properly escaped for security.
