1. Ailig KnowFlow API

   • What it does:
     Used to display and manage the AI chatbot interface on your website through the Ailig KnowFlow platform.
   • What data is sent:
     When the chatbot loads, it sends your configured tenant ID, chatbot ID, and API key (entered in the plugin settings) to the Ailig KnowFlow API (https://api.ailig.io) to initialize and render the chatbot.
     Depending on your chatbot configuration, user messages entered into the chatbot may also be transmitted to the Ailig KnowFlow API for processing and generating responses.

     Data is sent when the chatbot is initialized or when a user interacts with the chatbot.

2. Google reCAPTCHA

   • What it does:
     Used to verify that chatbot users are real people and prevent spam or abuse.

     When reCAPTCHA loads, your site’s reCAPTCHA site key (configured in the plugin) is sent to Google. When users interact with the chatbot, Google may collect browser and interaction data to verify authenticity.
