External Services and Data

This plugin connects to the external ChatFromAI service to display and operate the chat widget and to process conversations. All required frontend assets (JS/CSS) are loaded locally from this plugin, not from remote servers, to comply with WordPress.org guidelines.

• When used: On pages where the widget loads and when a user sends a message (and optionally on WhatsApp if WhatsApp integration is enabled)
• Data sent: Widget ID, usage metadata, and end-user chat messages. If configured, uploaded documents/website content used to build the chatbot may be processed by the external service. When WhatsApp integration is enabled, message metadata required to deliver conversations over WhatsApp may be processed by the chosen integration (Evolution API or WhatsApp Cloud API).
